If you are hearing or sight impaired, notify the ticket office when you purchase your ticket so that we can accommodate you under optimal conditions.

In Théâtre 900, seats that allow for optimal hearing are reserved for hearing impaired persons until the day before each performance.

IMPORTANT: All performances begin strictly on time

Five minutes before the performance begins, seating is no longer guaranteed, including for subscribers. At this point the ushers will allow audience members who are already in the theatre to occupy empty seats.

In some instances, latecomers cannot be seated for technical or artistic reasons. If you arrive late and we are unable to seat you, your ticket will not be refunded. On behalf of our audiences and performers, we thank you in advance for your understanding.
