Quai d’Angers

It is one of the top priorities of NTA, CNDC and EPCC-Le Quai LE to promote theatre attendance by families and to raise public awareness of the theatre by means of various initiatives.

• Theatrical performances for the whole family. Nearly 15 family-oriented shows will be presented this season, including shows for little children, musicals, plays, dance performances and puppet theatre - not to mention performances for adults as well. These shows are identified by the T-OK icon.

• Ticket prices: up to 11 years of age: EUR 5; 12-18 years of age: EUR 8; adults: EUR 10-14. Subscription series are also available, to promote more frequent attendance and to make life easier for parents via workshops for kids during the performances (see p. 90).

• T-OK Web site. As from 3 October (the start date of the T-OK season), the T-OK Web site www.t-ok.eu will feature complete listings of all performances and events. The Web site will also provide background information about the performances, as well as games, videotaped excerpts of the performances and much more.

• Special performances for schools. Various performances will be held exclusively for groups of accompanied schoolchildren during school hours. For further information visit www.lequai-angers.eu.

Separate activities for children while parents attend performances.

Parents and kids alike can discover the excitement of a theatrical performance and have plenty to talk about afterwards. Parents who attend NTA or EPCC-Le Quai performances can sign their children up for theatre related readings, games and other activities that are held during the performance.

T-OK and soirées enfants (kids evenings) listings can be found on the program pages.

Des séances scolaires sont programmées pour la majorité des spectacles jeune public de la saison. Il est possible dans le cadre scolaire de choisir un parcours de 3 spectacles sur l'ensemble de la saison ou d'opter pour la venue simple à un seul spectacle.
Les parcours vous permettront d'accéder à des rencontres avec les artistes, des ateliers de pratique ou à d'autres propositions de médiation entre l'enfant et l'oeuvre.
